I regret doing business with these amateurs. Did a disaster of a job, the wood is slanted and uneven, there are massive gaps, there is a bounce and the floor is like a wave with no care for workmanship at all, the worse part is he took more then 3500 more then he quoted and delayed me week after week giving pathetic excuses. When I asked him to finish the job and take more care on the installation he stopped answering my calls and refuses to make good on his word.
