Not great customer service. Poor attitude by the staff.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I purchased two tubs of ice cream from the Cobourg location. The cashier asked if I knew about the promotion they were running. I said I didn't because I hadn't seen the Instagram post. Instead of applying the discount or offering any flexibility, I was told the offer only applied if you showed the Instagram post.
