I wouldn't even give you one star.If it gave me the option...I switched to this bank as a recommendation. From a friend because I was not enjoying the customer service from the TD Bank adter a very long period of time . And it was nothing but problems from the day that I started. They told us there would only be a few months before they got there. Mc debit card and it took well over a year and a half . My daughter had issues with her debit credit ... I would like to commend Ayanda at Kawartha Credit Union in Bayridge for helping me figure out what to do with my Term Deposits. He was very friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable!!! He took the time to explain how TFSA works to me, which I really appreciated and he helped me arrive at a solution which is perfect for my situation!!! Thank you Ayanda!!!!
I have been banking with this location for the last almost 20 years and I have watched this location become more and more unfriendly to customers. From creating a layout that feels cold and unwelcoming to my visit today discovering that the bank has turned into a prison with unnecessarily advanced entrance security for "my protection" it's as though they do not want to deal with customers and would prefer to have you just figure it out or use the online customer service line that can be more confusing for customers.
