From our first phone call in the fall of 2025 with the Branch Manager, Tanya, to the entire staff over the past 10 months, it has been a true pleasure dealing with this company! They processed our construction mortgage and handled all of our financial needs flawlessly. Stephanie, Kendra, Christina, Eric, and every single staff member have provided a personal touch to their service that we have never experienced before at any of the big banks.
I can't say enough good things about the service I received at the Kawartha Credit Union in Trenton. Valerie Simpson was absolutely amazing helping me with the process of a family member dying. I walked out of the bank feeling like 10 pounds had been taken off my shoulders. I recommend this branch to anyone looking for a place to bank where people care. You are a person, not a number.
