This is the best financial institution I have ever dealt with. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I have yet to encounter a lineup at the cashiers. They handle any investments with the knowledge to help you get the best interest possible while discussing any future needs.

Made an appt with Valarie online to open an account. Arrived for appt, sat and waited. 10min after appt time someone comes over and tells me Valarie is on vacation. Why could I book with her then? Why did it take 15min to tell me? No offer of someone else seeing me. I then had to do their customer service for them and ask if someone else was available. She wanders in to managers office where they whisper and tell me to come back in five hrs. I decline and state of no one can see me now, I will take my business elsewhere. Mor... read more
