Terrible customer service, wasted my time by driving to their facility with an appointment. Photos taken and ownership recorder and told they would be in touch, I contacted them multiple times with no response. How does a company like this stay in business. I found another body shop that will do the job, lots of fish in the sea.

The work on my vehicle, when finally completed, was done well. However, the lack of communication was driving me insane. They sent me on a goose chase for information they had. The person who looked over my vehicle to price etc didn’t look at everything I asked them too the 1st time, so it had to be done a second time.
