We have gone to Kawartha Animal Hospital for many years and have always had the best care for each of our babies. All staff have been great from the beginning with organizing right through to the tech then with the doctor. We have never been rushed and everything has been thoroughly answered with follow ups as well. Their care for each pet makes it clear how they truly care and love what they do.

I am extremely disappointed with the care (or lack thereof) my cat received at this emergency vet clinic. We called ahead explaining that my cat was not doing well, and they told us to bring him in immediately—making us believe it was urgent and that he would be seen right away. Instead, we waited the entire night with no updates, while our cat was kept in the back with nothing being done.
