After ordering new part from China for my great wall ute. Which to my shock will take 10 weeks to arrive, I looked around for second hand part and kawana wreckers came through in spades. I ordered and paid for the part at around 9.00 am from boyne island. And by 3.00 pm that very afternoon it was delivered to my door from near rockhampton. Nice to see some businesses still know what the word service means. Thumbs up guys.
10 out of 5 stars. Rang them this morning urgently needing parts for my car. The guys went right out of their way to help me & have the parts on their way to Gladstone a few hrs later. Waiting for parts from eBay that had gone over the delivery time, I was so stressed. But I ended up getting the part I needed aswell as another major part(just in case) had it removed & delivery fee for such a small price. I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the customer service I received today. Highly recommended
This is the pricier of the two wreckers and their yard organisation leaves a bit to be desired
