Have had nothing but excellent service from the team at KMC. Dr Jones is my regular and his honest and upfront approach is appreciated.
The ladies at reception were very kind and helpful, and the doctor Alex Apfle is wonderful. Very attentive, professional and take the time to listen to you. One of the best doctor I had in Sunshine Coast.
I thought I was paying for a truly caring medical services, Dr Chris was beyond distant, impatient and did not try to support, understand or even suggest pathways to take or anything. I don't come to the Dr's for compassion or friendship but I'm definitely looking for at the very least professionalism, building rapport with your patient (even if is just for 15 min) and provide health guidance. He couldn't even smile once during the $100 appointment.
