I had an emergency appointment made for there today after being denied a voucher. I have an infected abscess, half my face swollen and in significant pain. I made the dentist (Jeremy) aware of my huge fear and legitimate anxiety with dentists. I have been approx 8 years going through kawana dental recently I got a letter an called they wanted me to get a voucher for my dental work but I have had my filling an clean an plate relined by march last year now this is the problem I'm wanting to get a partial for my bottom..this is something I have needed since I started with them because I wouldn't accept a voucher to go to another dentist to have my teeth checked again an then go on another wait list to go through all this again I'm so annoyed with this The out come I'... read more
Everyone from the receptionist (rachel) to the dentist (fatima) were consummate professionals. The dentist clearly outlined and explained what was happening, could happen and then in no time at all and completely without pain extracted the root of my problems. Highly recommended. Thank you!!
