The girl at the front desk is very rude and arrogant, very unprofessional and unpleasant approach to patients, I’m sorry because I’m a regular, but I will definitely change practice.
I had a great experience today. The receptionists were lovely and my doctor listened to my problems and gave me the help I needed. I was surprised to find my appointment was bulk billed through Medicare (mental health appt), which was nice. I will keep coming back here.
I phoned to book an appointment -for a future injection-at 4:28 on a Friday & the recorded msg said the Clinic was closed. If this is the new closing time please update the details on Google etc.
I’d like to thank ALL of the staff at Kawana Family Clinic for their continuing compassion, efficiency and respect toward my entire family over the years. (In particular, Amy on front desk). As a medical receptionist myself, I understand the daily challenges faced by individual patients needs and expectations and given the demanding times of today, I think the staff here are absolutely amazing!!!
