Reception staff need to go back to the training center to learn respect and maners, you go to a doctor for help and support not to be spoken to by immature people

I hate giving bad reviews but i Went for an appointment today and the doctor i saw was absolutely unprofessional and she was rude. I did not get treated very nicely 😕 I was shut down and not listen to. I couldn't hear out of my ear and she was yelling at me. Before my appointment I didnt realise I had to change my phone number completely forgot as I only got a new one 3 days ago. I’ve been seeing Dr Ian McKenzie for over 10 years, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of him. He has supported me through so many different stages of life and health concerns both big and small, and has always been consistent, thorough, and genuinely caring. Sat there for ages waiting for an appointment. Doctor was ready 40 minutes after appointment time. I had already left and decided never to return to this practice. Iv had better service at doctors in third world countries....
