Absolutely top notch service. Our unit developed a small fault and they have gone above an beyond to sort things out. The communication has been excellent. It's so rare these days to receive such excellent service. I would highly recommend them. Btw, the chliorinator (K-Chlor Digital Gold KGS30) has been a great unit.
Ordered a ESC16 from these guys 10 years ago that has a 2 year warranty. Its still working great. So very impressed. Before that all spares would only last 2 years.
