Ana is a gem. I've had lazer treatments but this was my first waxing, so I was a little apprehensive about the "torture" I was going to put myself through & was feeling insecure because of my body issues. Ana made me feel comfortable. She explained & talked me through every step. Only 2 strips made me swear, but only because they were in a super sensitive area.
