This was my second time here—my first visit was great, so I booked again. Unfortunately, the chrome started lifting the same day, and the black base showed through. I reached out to Connie, and she was so kind and accommodating. Even though I couldn’t make it during the day, she let me come in after work. Elizabeth redid the chrome and even fixed the bulky 3D design from the previous tech. I really appreciate Connie for listening and Elizabeth for the detailed fix. I’ll definitely be returning :)
Best pedicure ever from Elizabeth!!! I don't get pedicures often, but normally when I do, the nail technicians are always pretty aggressive trying to dig my black sock lint out of my big toes. Elizabeth showed the utmost care and attention to detail. I didn't tell her to go easy or anything, but somehow she got the job done in a very gentle way. Best nail salon in Dallas. What a little gem. If you are looking for a relaxing and calm nail experience, this is the place for you. The owner is very sweet and you can tell she knows every single customer. They truly take their time to make your nail vision come to life. Very professional and clean. Definitely coming back. I’ve been following this place on social media and decided to try it out because I love that they specialize in nail art. I decided to get builder gel on natural short nails with minimal design. For the price, I thought the experience in store was great but I wasn’t wowed by the final product but was happy enough. However within just 2-3 days, my nails started to chip and tear.
