Nice and friendly staff.
I bought a keyboard in 2019 and have been calling Kawai ever since because of technical problems. Each time I am told a repairment will head my way. Last time they said it was taking so long because there was no part, but that they would locate it and a repairman would contact me. We are at the point where the keyboard will not launch. I will delete this review as soon as my keyboard is fixed.
