I’m very disappointed and I regret have taken my daughter to this place. I don’t recommend anyone to go there!
RecommendedThe staff is always friendly and efficient. I had a minor issue with my permanent retainer and they took me in and repaired it right away. ( my permanent retainers are about 16-20 years old).

I have lived all over the country raised 5 kids all had braces. My fifth child who is 15 had braces on when we moved to Boca Raton .. I was referred to Kawa Ortho from “Joy “ at Smile ( my dentist) who also I recommend. The Orthodontists are all females, they are young, professional and on top of their game. I just went for our first consultation two days ago. I expected them to tell me she was going to get them off , as i had paid in full & she had the Colorado braces on for 3 years. Love the staff very friendly and helpful. Office always clean and love the fish aquariums very calming.
Yes , I would recommend it. But, some things has changed there after Covid-19. My point is I like when we had a chance to brush our teeth before they changed the chains and now, there is no toothbrushes and I feel bad about not brush them. And I also miss Dr. Barbosa there.

We eliminated tooth brushes temporarily as we felt it would be safer for our patients to rinse with Listerine as to kill any germs before working in the mouth. This we feel helps to protect our patients as well as staff. We hope you understand that it is just for protection during these tough times. I absolutely would not recommend this office at all not after the way I was treated by the officer manager and then placated by the operations manager. Due to their response to my complaint or lack there of I chose to end my treatments early. Not happy with the way things turned out at all.
