Posting some genuine feedback. My sister fell in love with these flowers and we were ready to invest in multiple arrangements for our mother's funeral. When my sister called to inquire, she was very taken aback by the blasé attitude she received. We have no knowledge of funeral flowers and were trying to get an idea of what was was possible but we were given short, patronizing responses and just referred back to the website we had already perused. WOW _ We cannot say enough good things about Yeon and Kawa Flowers. Her customer service was extraordinary. She totally absorbed the vision we had through our conversations and created the most beautiful and perfect piece of art for our loved one. Truly Magical.
