Dr. T has been my physician for about 10 years now and has been professional and supportive. She also LISTENS to your concerns and discusses options with you for treatment. Would recommend her to anyone.
I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the lack of care and professionalism at this practice. My 70-year-old mother is a diabetic and is dependent on life-saving medication. Following her appointment two weeks ago, her dosage needed to be increased. Despite speaking directly with the nurse, & Dr. Tellakula receiving her agreement to update the prescription, the pharmacy has still not received it. Dr Tellakula is an excellent caring doctor, but unfortunately the staff is not. You need a prescription refill? Forget about the office responding to the pharmacy or you. Need a prescription to get a covid shot? Forget about getting a response from anyone even if you call or go in and leave a message. Want them to submit your bill to your secondary/supplemental insurance? Not going to happen. It is shame such a good doctor has to work in such a poor practice.
