Dr Tellakula is an excellent caring doctor, but unfortunately the staff is not. You need a prescription refill? Forget about the office responding to the pharmacy or you. Need a prescription to get a covid shot? Forget about getting a response from anyone even if you call or go in and leave a message. Want them to submit your bill to your secondary/supplemental insurance? Not going to happen. It is shame such a good doctor has to work in such a poor practice.
