I've been Dr Moolamalla's patient for 15 years. She is great. Unfortunately I must leave a bad review because of her staff. Today is not the first time her staff has been rude to me. Ever since she changed offices I've dealt with it because I like to see her. However today not only was her staff rude, but they refused to help me. I went to the portal to send a message to Dr. Moolamalla, but that option has also been removed. I have no choice but to find another physician to help me deal with a particularly difficult issue.
I wrote the following many years ago. Today I still believe she is a caring doctor but I have grown old and now feel like I need someone that deals with the problem of senior citizen. “Dr Moolamalla is my angel. She takes wonderful care of me and her heart shows she cares! I recommend her 100%”

Has changed very much since moving from her own practice and I feel she does not care about people the way a doctor should...sorry but it is how I feel. I am in the process of finding another doctor. I liked it more when Dr M had her own office, it just seemed to be a nicer environment.
Doctor M is awesome, caring, and nice. When she left her own practice, I think it hurt her. She was more in touch with the patients. I think she has more patients than she should now. Very knowledgeable, very caring.
