I can in voluntary because I was in a deep depression. The staff was not nice to me. They all felt cold. This isnt my first visit to a mental hospital so I kinda knew what to expect. This place is by far the worst out 3 different ones in the Dallas area. I received the same meal everyday. The showers dont even have curtains on them. Not to mention that they get water everywhere. They leave you sitting around in the afternoons with nothing to help distract your mind. The nurses would refuse my meds that I needed to take at ce... read more
I had lung surgery scheduled for 9/18/2025 at Plano Presby. I was not pleased with the treatment given there. When I had the consult with Dr. Justin David Glenn Collier, he said that the hospital stay would be 2 to 4 days. He also said that some had been discharged in one day. I was discharged on 9/19/2025 only one day after surgery. In my opinion, this was decided in haste. I am 75 yrs. old and live alone. The hospital should have taken that into consideration before discharging me. When the discharge papers (26 pgs.) wer... read more
This review pertains Dr. Asrani's office and clinical staff located at 4701 Boat Club Road, Fort Worth, Tx 76135 only. Dr. Asrani receives a 4 star rating, however the office and clinical staff receives a one star rating. Dr. Asrani has been my cardiologist, and I was satisfied with her knowledge. However, she terminated our provider/patient relationship due to some issue that occurred at her office on my last visit. She provided me no information as to what specifically occurred, who was involved, nor did she allow me ... read more
I had colon surgery July 29 stayed 5 days. I'm 66 and have had surgery and hospital stays in the past. My surgery went well the staff, Dr's, Nurses, aids. Were the best. They were kind and listened to my concerns and needs. Addressing them quickly. Don't have enough words to thank them for everything. SO THANKYOU
This review is on the Emergency Room. As my wife was waiting & waiting in pain, I noticed a person come in that stated he had COVID as he checked into ER. He has every right to seek care & I was ok with him being in the room as he set by himself with a mask. What I witnessed happening is very wrong from a health aspect. He was in a hospital wheelchair provided at the front door. The procedures are to come out and move you over to another wheelchair, take you back for a blood test, x-ray or whatever preliminary work that nee... read more
Dr Wong is a very talented surgeon. He replaced 2 discs at c5-c7 for me. I never felt any pain from the surgery location or the incision. I day after my surgery I declared it a success. He has since officially concurred. I would recommend him to anyone facing similar spinal surgery.
This is by far one of the best ER department experiences I have ever had. I have, unfortunately, had to be seen in this ER twice over the past few years, most recently in June of 2025. From the intake to the doctor, I have been treated so kindly and with such respect. My symptoms have been heart-related both times, and there is nothing more settling than being treated with kindness and understanding. The front desk admitting person was so wonderful- offering to communicate with us outside when there was a very sick person in... read more
I went to the ER here yesterday evening around 8:30, and I must say I was surprisingly pleased. From the lady in reception, to the nurses, and even the DR. Everyone was so nice and had a sense of humor. I was reluctant to go due to unpleasant experiences at the Baylor Scott that’s closer to me, but I’m glad I went. I was in so much pain and they got me right in, did what they could , and let me leave pain free. Thanks for the awesome card Texas Harris!
I waited more than 4 weeks for a new patient appointment only to arrive to be told that they don’t prescribe the medications I am on. They stated they called and “tried to leave a voice message” on the Friday prior to my Monday appointment to advise me if this. 1) no they did not and 2) don’t you think they should have told me at the time I booked the appointment? They wasted my time and prolonged my ability to get my prescriptions refilled. Unacceptable. Totally. Very poor patient support..
