I've been seeing Dr. Kavita Shah Patel for years now. She is kind and really listens to her patients. Her office staff (Cynthia and Maria) are very responsive via email and will help you with any questions you have. I always check to make sure any insurance changes will ensure I can keep her as my PCP.
Dr. Patel has been my PCP since 2023 and I have no complaints. She is kind, patient, and easy to talk to. I previously had only virtual visits and today I was able to finally meet her in person (just personal preference.) Her new office building is beautiful and in a very convenient location for me. I arrived early but had little to no wait time. I never feel rushed and always feel heard when I answer questions or discuss concerns. The doctor and her staff are friendly. I highly recommend.
She truly listened with care and responded thoughtfully. Her guidance extended beyond just medical advice. I deeply appreciate her guidance and highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate, comprehensive care.
This doc is truly living into her calling. She clearly loves what she does and is passionate about seeking what is best for her patients. Incredibly thorough from start to finish, and doesn't miss a beat. Only critique is that she talks fast, but it's because her energy for her job is through the roof. I've never seen a PCP with quite as much enthusiasm as Dr. Shah Patel. New office is swanky and new. Support staff also kind, courteous and professional. Highly recommend!
I am thoroughly impressed and appreciate the excellent care provided by Dr. Shah and her two extremely capable assistants, Maria and Cynthia. I have been a patient since 2020 and their delivery, timely response and overall service has been consistent and personable.
