Dr. Shah is very kind and always attentive to listening. I really appreciate the vitamins and supplements she recommends based on my needs and context. The care I receive in the office from her assistants is also very friendly and professional.
I have been seeing Dr. Shah Patel since 2023 & am very happy with the care I have received. She is extremely accommodating to patients without insurance, which I’m so thankful for. I appreciate that I can see her virtually or in the office. Her and her staff, Maria Conchita and Cynthia, are always responsible, respectful, and kind. I am so happy and grateful to have her as my PCP!
SEE THIS DOCTOR AT YOUR OWN RISK. I had an extremely negative experience with this physician, and I question the safety of her practices. She was pleasant and polite, but that’s not why I choose my doctors. First, she never examined me in person in the year or more that I saw her. Every appointment was by phone or video call. I've been seeing Dr. Kavita Shah Patel for years now. She is kind and really listens to her patients. Her office staff (Cynthia and Maria) are very responsive via email and will help you with any questions you have. I always check to make sure any insurance changes will ensure I can keep her as my PCP.
Dr. Patel has been my PCP since 2023 and I have no complaints. She is kind, patient, and easy to talk to. I previously had only virtual visits and today I was able to finally meet her in person (just personal preference.) Her new office building is beautiful and in a very convenient location for me. I arrived early but had little to no wait time. I never feel rushed and always feel heard when I answer questions or discuss concerns. The doctor and her staff are friendly. I highly recommend.
