Very professional, very courteous and streamline appointments
I was very impressed at my recent visit to Dr Pattani’s office. They are very thorough with checking you out and asked a lot of questions about my symptoms. She immediately requested that I go for a biopsy, and even made arrangements for me to have it at another Orlando Health hospital closer to my home. When I left, one of the girls in the reception area raised her head and pleasantly said ‘good bye, have a great day’. In all it was a very good experience.
I felt that Dr. Pattani was arrogant and condescending. She did not make eye contact with me when I engaged in conversation with her. I asked her how many Thyroidectomies she performed a year, a month, to date, and she refused to answer me. She blew me off and said, "I don't know." Her nurse practitioner finally said that they performed two to four surgeries a day. With that being said, I asked if Dr. Pattani was a new physician, since she didn't seem to know much.
