Dr. Pattani and her staff are very nice. But I have waited twice now for a very long time to be seen. My appointment lasted 5 minutes.
Ridiculously unprofessional and inconsiderate of the patients time. My appointment was at 2:45 and waited in a room until 4pm and no one showed up or even acknowledged how long we had been there already. Even more upsetting is the texting from the doctors office letting you know there is a charge if you don't show or if your late your appointment my be rescheduled. Their time is valuable.
