Ordered and paid for tile and never received.
I don't like to say negative things, and perhaps this is an aberration for this company during COVID, but there were several things that went wrong with the tile that I ordered. First, I ordered it on May 10th, and it didn't arrive until mid July. (I realize that it was out of stock at the manufacturer, and so this may have been a problem that any seller would have had.)
