We hired Kaven Homes to transform our 1960s side split after seeing their work in the neighbourhood and hearing great things from our neighbours. They handled everything—asbestos testing, structural work, and permits—making the process smooth. The new kitchen layout, doors, floors, and trim completely modernized our home. Great team, solid craftsmanship, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Kyle and the team did an excellent job on our main floor renovation, including removing structural walls. They managed everything from concept to completion including permits, stayed on budget, and kept us informed with weekly meetings and project management software that included daily logs of what was completed on site each day and a construction schedule. Highly recommend!
