We had a bathroom and walk-in closet renovation/conversion completed by Kaven Homes. Julie and Kyle guided us through the design process and helped select finishes. We worked together to define the scope of work, so there were no surprises with costs. Their project management software kept us updated, and the final result looks fantastic.

They handled everything—asbestos testing, structural work, and permits—making the process smooth. The new kitchen layout, doors, floors, and trim completely modernized our home. Great team, solid craftsmanship, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Kyle was recommended to me by some neighbours after his team did a substantial renovation for them. Kaven Homes transformed our main floor by removing a structural wall, creating an open and spacious layout. He handled the entire permitting process seamlessly, as well as had weekly meeting about project progress making the renovation stress-free. Highly recommend for any home renovation needs!
