I am very disappointed with the care my husband received. The doctors found a small mass in his lung but did not perform a biopsy when it should have been done. They NEVER did a biopsy and my husband passed away. This was a heartbreaking experience, and I cannot recommend this practice.

Staff on the phone and at front desk is always kind and eager to help. Medical assistants are knowledgeable and move swiftly after patient arrival. Nurse Practitioner is efficient and quick to respond to needs when doctor is not available. A very well-run, efficient medical office. Always grateful for their care. 💕💪🫁
We had an appointment today and, while we were running 30 minutes late (which was on us), we called ahead as a courtesy to inform the office. Unfortunately, the response we received was incredibly unprofessional. The staff member who answered was rude and even hung up on us, despite our polite approach. When we arrived at the office to address the situation, we spoke with Mylene, a supervisor, who was not only dismissive but also extremely rude, speaking over us in a hostile manner.
