I was interested in purchasing a wood side table “tropicana” from this store. I returned the following day as advised, but when I arrived, all staff members were busy and no one was able to assist me or offer a proper solution. The only option I was given was to leave my email address and wait to be contacted. It has now been a week and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Unfortunately, this reflects poor customer service and a lack of follow-up.
I was introduced to Kave Home by my interior designer, so I went in last Sunday to have a look. Rennan helped me in the store and was really friendly. He showed me around, introduced me to some new products, and gave me some great ideas for my home renovation. He also gave me his card in case I had any questions. I loved everything he showed me and I’ll definitely be back once I’m ready to start my renovation
Good prices at Kave for quality furniture. You get the sense that the items on display have been curated - the designs are contemporary with some quirky touches that you won't see in other shops nearby. There was no hard sell, and the team didn't try to talk us into something that wasn't quite what we wanted, but they took the time to show us different options that might work. I’d been looking for an olive oil pourer/dispenser for a while and found one here that looked great with my kitchen design. It worked well to begin with but within a couple of weeks became loose and the top and all the olive oil came out when I was making a recipe. I refilled with less oil to see if this was the issue but it happened again, this time with other metal components falling out.
