Purchased the Blok chaise sofa in cream corduroy. Despite paying $4k for a sofa you have to fit the hardware yourself and put it together which took about 3 hours. Even cheaper stores provide this already attached. The assembly instructions are a joke. And the biggest issue is the fact they use Allied Express for delivery. They’re the worst delivery company. Ordered 8 dining room chairs from Kave and not only is the quality amazing but the overall customer service experience was exceptional as well. We had a minor issue with one of the chairs and a replacement was sent out immediately. The detailed measurements on the website made ordering online really smooth. Would definitely buy from them again.
