I ordered and paid fully for outdoor furniture in late December 2024. The delivery time was 9 weeks. It’s now coming up on one month past the expected delivery date and I have received no items, and no responses to emails. Checking through their reviews, they have listed Kave Home staff on LinkedIn also providing 5 star reviews which raises concerns of improper practices. Purchased an occasional chair in November 2024. I had asked for it to be delivered in February. Circumstances had changed and I asked to move the delivery date up to early January. It is now mid February which it’s been a month since my order was meant to arrive, to which Kave keep chalking it up to the delivery company not contacting me. I’ve had to follow up 4 times now to figure out where my order is because no one seems to know where it is. I’ve had things come from Perth quicker than this. Love my new outdoor dining set. Went to Kave Home in Alexandria and the team couldn't of been more helpful. Attentive staff and offered a wide range of products which i ordered the Zaltana table. The delivery was great and the delivery guys assembled the product for me.
Our experience with Kave has been disappointing with missing items and parts, and an unresponsive Head Office. - End of November 2024, we ordered 3 bar stools and 1 occasional chair online after browsing in store. We didn’t feel comfortable in store as the staff members were probably having an off day and being rather curt and we were met with rolled eyes when we said we wanted to have a think about it before buying straight away. We have had an abysmal experience with Kave Home. I am surprised to see so many good reviews countering my review so I do hope that this has been a one off. My partner and I ordered over $4,000 worth of furniture at Kave Home for our brand new home. It was our first-time purchase of “nicer” furniture and we were very excited. We ordered chairs, tables and barstools in December 2023 and received them in May 2024.
