I took time off work specifically to ensure I was available to receive the table — the final piece missing from my new apartment, and something I’ve been genuinely excited about. Purchased the Blok chaise sofa. So far I’ve received only one part of it. The part I’ve received is lovely. The reason I’m marking only 3 stars is two things - one that despite paying $4k for a sofa you have to fit the hardware yourself. Even cheaper stores provide this already attached. The assembly instructions are a joke. And the biggest issue is the fact they use Allied Express for delivery. They’re the worst delivery company. I ordered and paid fully for outdoor furniture in late December 2024. The delivery time was 9 weeks. It’s now coming up on one month past the expected delivery date and I have received no items, and no responses to emails. Checking through their reviews, they have listed Kave Home staff on LinkedIn also providing 5 star reviews which raises concerns of improper practices.
