Terrible customer service. The older lady at the front is rude to patients and has a bad attitude (if you don't like your career, don't do it). We all deserve good care if you're providing service, especially in a medical setting. The doctor is very formal and professional. He even told me to switch with him to be my primary doctor, and I was going to do it, but after being treated this way by the lady, I won't. I have been a patient of Dr. Kavathia’s for over 20 years. Throughout the entirety, he has been consistently patient, knowledgeable, compassionate & professional, always diagnosing and treating whatever ails me or referring to a specialist, if necessary. Worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen. Told my aunt not to come to the hospital bc she was wasting everyone’s time. Treats my mother at a nursing facility and is unpleasant with her too.
