terrible doctor. my parents saw him for years and had built trust he was a good doctor. I saw him on and off for sicknesses and whatnot. At one point it had been awhile since I had saw him but I had to see a doctor ASAP because I was really sick and he was the only one with availability. I got into the room and immediately he starts yelling at me, telling me i’m fine (I had a 101.0 fever) and that I can’t just “see him only when I feel like it”, and that I should go see other doctors if i’m just going to use him for convenie... read more
He's an okay doctor, but it's all about churning office visits. They insist you go to the office for lab tests and he makes an office visit out of it each time no matter how inconsequential. Call with a problem? Definitely have to come in. Had a follow up lab test, they didn't call with the results. I called about a week later I was told he would discuss it with me at my next scheduled appointment, which was over 2 months away, and this was for something that could be important to follow up on. Terrible customer service. The older lady at the front is rude to patients and has a bad attitude (if you don't like your career, don't do it). We all deserve good care if you're providing service, especially in a medical setting. The doctor is very formal and professional. He even told me to switch with him to be my primary doctor, and I was going to do it, but after being treated this way by the lady, I won't.
