Dr. Kavathia is very competent. However, his staff leave a lot to be desired. They don't call or enter prescriptions and have to call or go in to get them to do it. (The last time I stood there until I observed her actually call in the prescription). Also, two months AFTER my office visit, the M.A.s STILL haven't scheduled the tests he ordered. I have now called four times, (and gone in once), and still no ordered tests scheduled. What do I have to do, make an appointment to talk to the Dr. directly and explain his staffs ... read more
