Great selection of items for kitchens
Me and my wife own a small bakery in Watertown Wisconsin. We had both ovens both abruptly fail on us with only one working and on his last limb. This is a review specifically for my sales rep. Tom Burke. As an Executive Chef myself Tom is a great rep. to have. He is always willing to get me my orders even if I made the mistake and forgot to place them on time or missed something completely. He is very knowledgeable about all the products you carry and has even converted me over to getting products that I already carried through other purveyors at a much more reasonable price. Great service, great selection and if they don’t have it they will find it. Once you have a relationship you can even text them an order!! Tommy helps us out a LOT and we are super grateful, running a restaurant is no joke and they make it easier.
