great company, fun sales.
They took items from the property. There was no itemized list of most items sold.They were very rude to all family and friends. When questioned where missing items were they suddenly reappeared (Many times).They broke expensive crystal that had been packed in bubble wrap and packing paper (Clearly Marked Fragile). They said they would do a walk through with family members prior to sale, Never did! Removed light panel's from the lower level and did not put them back. I could go on and on. I have been trying to contact this company regarding an estate sale they managed for my family. They will not respond. Has anyone else had this issue? It has now been 7 days and no response.
