Horribly rude staff. In the process of suing one of their attorneys for discrimination, as Lisa has no regard for the life/health/well-being of other humans, even when they have severe (diagnosed) mental and physical ailments that cause confusion and emotional disregulation. Just don't expect any kindness from that woman, she does not care about you (maybe if you're paying her hahah)
