Great Massage Therapy – I sit all day at a desk and the therapists at Kavana Spa were able to help me with my neck and back problems. The therapists was very professional and knowledgeable about muscles and joints. Not your run-of-the mill massage. It is very conveniently located at US 59 and Shepherd so getting there was a cinch. The place was very clean and comfortable and I felt very relaxed. I definetly recommend this place to people who are serious about massage therapy.
Wonderful Spa, relaxing and healing – I have had many massages before but Kavana Spa was an unexpected surprise. I had the Sinus message because of the pressure in my head and nasel area. The pressure subsided and I felt better right away. Not only did the massage help but Ady told me about a simple technique I could do at home. Ady's training and unique style gives you both help in healing and relaxation together in one. I will most certainly be returning!
Amazing Massages – I was given a gift certificate from my friend for a 2 hour massage at Kevana. Ady was very helpful and even offered that I could have 2 sessions rather than the entire 2 hours at once if I wanted. She really is an amazing masseuse. Massages so good you feel high – This is a massage and beauty spa located in a house. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Every time I get a massage there I have this woozy feeling like I'm high, it's the coolest thing ever!
Ady Is the Best – I am hesitant to even tell you about Ady because I want to keep her all to myself! But she's too wonderful not to share. Ady is able to pinpoint exactly what your body needs and knows exactly how to address it with effective techniques, pressure points, and amazing skills. I can't believe what she is able to do for my exhausted, stressed-out body. I have had lots of massages in my life - but as long as Ady is here, I will never go to anyone else. She's that good. You owe it to yourself to go and see.

Great Massage! – Ady is fabulous! I have had ongoing muscular spasms and (spinal) structural problems my entire life. Just recently, I decided to raise the bar and turn up my physical therapy to the next level. A very respectable doctor referred me to Ady, and now I consider myself a regular client. Wonderful deep tissue massage – I sit long hours behind a computer as a result I typically develop terrible neck and shoulder tension.
