We recently moved to the area and having a special needs child i figured it would be easy and more convenient to move the scripts (8 of them) up to our local pharmacy. My first couple of visits there was some confusion, I anticipated and was generally ok with having to figure things out, however I was not ok with the way I was made to feel, like I was a bother or inconvenience to them. Today I experienced the worst pharmacy visit ever! Monday I called and spoke w Ryan he was a great help very nice friendly figured everything out I asked he was great. But today was a very nasty day heavy rain falls etc. I noticed the pharmacy had a drive thru and I checked out the size of the window before entering(nice size). The woman who spoke to us at the fairgrounds was very kind, open and simply gave off a friendly vibe. I'm glad to hear that you're staying local and keeping things small, not cheating people and overcharging them because they're a massive business. Five stars
I love this pharmacy! Ryan and Theresa always go out of their way for me to be helpful. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone that has had trouble with other facilities in the past. Ryan always goes out of his way to help me whenever I'm at this location. Thanks Kaup for always going the extra mile!
