I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful the staff here at Kaulana Mahina is. My leasing agent was Alisha and she was so encouraging & supportive in helping me to secure my first very own apartment. Lived here from April 2024-January 2026, and My experience is as follows. Property cleanliness 7/10 Property Staff 10/10 Property amenities 4/10 (it would be higher if the pool wasn't right next to the road, and the fitness center was bigger) Property quietness 3/10 (Coqui frogs will keep you up all night even with your windows shut. The kids running around playing in the parking lots, playground and pool area echoes through all the apartments. Passive-agressive person on the phone. Asked for a name, she pretended like she couldn't hear me. Then put on hold for a few seconds, hang up, and never called back. If this is how they are treating you during a call about becoming their potential tenant, imagine what's going to happen when you actually live there. Do not recommend.
