I saw Dr Kaul years ago when I was about 26. My PCP referred me to him for anemia. His staff was so extremely rude and normally I would have left for that reason alone. But while waiting to go back another patient told me Dr Kaul was incredible and he highly recommend him so I stayed. When Dr Kaul entered the room he was short and rude. I would give less than 1 star if I could. My mother has been seeing this doctor for years. Every visit consists of him walking in, making remarks about her weight then saying come back in 3 months and gives us a labwirk order to complete before the next visit. My mother has had 2 very serious issues that were under his scope to treat but it has fallen on her other doctors to step in and treat. I had been seeing Dr. Kaul for about 6 months when I had to call him on a Saturday evening. My sugar was high and I didn't know what to do. When he answered my call as I was trying to tell him about my sugar, he started yelling at me on the phone. Also every time I have had to interact with any of his staff, they have been very RUDE and sarcastic. His nurse and the person who takes care of verifying the insurance have absolutely NO customer service skills. I'm going to seek out a new endocrinologists. I would NEVER recommend... read more
