I came in for an alignment, and Daniel handled the repair work and overall experience professionally and personably. Highly recommended.
Kaufman's has switched out my tires seasonally, fixed a slow leak on short notice before a road trip, and done my oil changes for the last couple of years. They always do a great job and are affordable for the valley!
Visiting family I got a flat.On the unanimous recommendation from family and friends here , I asked for help from Kaufman's and they delivered. Somehow they fit me in their busy schedule and the same day, I was off and running again If you're wondering does service / old fashioned good people, still exist? Yes!
This place was questionable at best in all aspects. First, I had an appointment for an oil change and that oil change took two hours. Then when I came to pick up my vehicle I was told they replaced my air filter, which was not part of the service. I did not give permission to do so, because I was not called and given the option. I was told that “they didn’t have time to call everyone that needed additional service”.
