This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The company made a mistake on our custom shed order by painting the trim a color we never requested. The order clearly stated the trim should match the roof, but a third color was added due to an apparent mix-up with another customer’s sample. We understood that mistakes happen. A simple apology and a quick repaint would have resolved the issue. We could not be happier with the sheds we got from Kaufman's! The 8x16 we got tumbled over in a crazy wind storm two weeks after we received it. We were devastated, thinking it would be ruined. But we flipped it back over and found zero damage! Not even a bent roof corner! Great craftsmanship! Will definitely be ordering more. Thanks!!
I am over the top on our new custom shed. If I could give them 10 stars I would for customer service, quality of construction, attention to detail and beauty. Joseph and his crew are wonderful to work with from the planning stage to delivery. I had a specific vision for our shed so I sent them a picture and it came out even better than I imagined.
