My experience was perfect. I was able to get a timely appointment, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and positive (extra special kudos to Meredith and Kim at the front). Dr Kaufmann and Monique were efficient and professional throughout the process.
Dr. Kaufman, Meredith, Kim And Trina were absolute pros, making an unenjoyable experience, I dare say, enjoyable. They are all my first choice when it comes to root canals. This said, I hope to never meet them again professionally. However, if needed, they will be the people I phone first. Socially, I’d go for a beer with any one of them. They all are top notch professionals and even better people. Thank you.
