As someone with a long history of dental issues, a dental visit is rarely a positive experience. Dr Kauffman, Meredith (the receptionist) and his whole team made my visit such a lovely and relaxed experience. I was in for a root canal, his assistant made sure she addressed all my concerns, made me very comfortable throughout the whole procedure and once Dr Kauffman walked in, set up some relaxing music, I did not realize how quickly the time flew by. I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman. Him and his staff provide a very friendly atmosphere in the office. I’ve had two root canals that were painless and relaxing with great rock and roll oldies playing! I left with all my questions and concerns explained thoroughly!!
Dr. Kaufmann & his team were amazing! I am terrified of dental procedures, but they eased my anxiety with friendly conversation, education & music. My root canal only took about 20 minutes. No pain, no freezing! I paid upfront but then Meredith submitted my claim to my insurance & they reimbursed me for my coverage! All super simple & convenient.
A very nice experience, The doctor and all the staff there are really kind and nice. Very professional.
