shows up un prepared to do the work does not have all the tools and no refrigerant, over charges for refrigerant \$80.00 per pound, charges us for the time it takes to get supplies (refrigerant) from the supply house and for his crew to show up and finish the job. \$500+ bill... POOR service! On the flip side my A/C does blow cold now.....
