I have owned many Kaufman Trailers but let me say there quality is non existent anymore. I bought several new trailers and they all have very questionable welds and workmanship throughout! The gooseneck trailer actually snapped at the coupler that holds it onto the truck and I would not say it is a quality or professional weld that should of passed QC. Please check out the weld and let me know for your self. Kaufman tried to say there is no problem!!!
Stay away from this brand/ place.
I just bought a trailer from Kaufman the were very professional about the whole process from ordering to picking it up at the factory. There are a lot of companies out there that could learn from them.
Terry Hannah I bought a 28ft flatbed, it tracked crooked. They call that dog tracking, i will not go into all the conversations that were annoying, fact is i had to have many to get the trailer replaced. Thats a ful day round trip for me there and back but they replaced it. I get the replacement trailer home the axles are smoking hot and slinging grease. I had one of their inclosed 16' premium trailers built in may of 2019 to take the place of my 12' lark. I had seen their construction trailers that were well built and with that I ordered a trailer from Kaufman. My trailer is well built and great looking until you get to the top. Too me this part is a piece of crap seems as thin as the sides of some aluminum cans very thin. Ordered a Kaufman trailer late June. Told it would be built in 3-4 weeks. 2-1/2 months later still waiting on delivery. Can’t get a firm date and can’t cancel. Frustrated!
2014 20 land scape trailer welds are breaking on trailer spoke to manager he said I can’t help 6 year old trailer. Sorry built trailer if u buy one by u a welding machine
