The guys from the parties are very friendly and everything is fine with the parts I ask for, but the secretary who collects the card payments is not friendly at all, I don't help at all, just because I had my card digitally and not physically, I really found that ridiculous and not at all professional on her part.
I bought new trailer and I’m from out of state. Happy with trailer. Had an issue with my trailer cause things happen and they made the warranty experience very good. They have had no problem making thangs right. Def will upgrade with them when it’s time. Service guys will help out when u ask. Bud the warranty guy has done his part to get my trailer back on the road. THIS REVIEW WAS A COMPLETE MISTAKE. THE SAME ISSUE WENT WRONG AGAIN IN THE BRAKE SYSTEM SO THATS TWICE IN 8 MONTHS.
