I bought new trailer and I’m from out of state. Happy with trailer. Had an issue with my trailer cause things happen and they made the warranty experience very good. They have had no problem making thangs right. Def will upgrade with them when it’s time. Service guys will help out when u ask. Bud the warranty guy has done his part to get my trailer back on the road
