I have been a patient at Dr. Susan I Kaufman's for quite some time now. Within the last year or so I have been getting terrible service. Not from the doctor herself but her staff. They are rude, inconsiderate, do not do their jobs at all. For instance I have been trying to get my prescription refilled for the last few months and everytime I call up there to get the situation taken care of, I am either laughed at, given attitude and talked down to like I am a child.
