February /2022 they came out to drill a hole to run a condenser hose , there was already one there for the ** unit refrigerant pipe lines . He decided to drill and expand it. He drilled and continued to drill even though there was a hissing sound. He drilled and damaged the ** pipes and all the Freon came out. When I asked whats all that hissing sound , he said he didnt know. . He didnt even tell me that he had hit the line .
