Dr. Kaufman has given me my life back. I had gone to 3 other traditional "just talking" therapists for 8 months and made minimal progress and then I found Dr. Kaufman! She used EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for only 6-8 sessions and I was able to finally move past my traumatic childhood and finally get "unstuck" emotionally. I wish I had found her first!
