Today Wednesday April 3rd I hired this business to fix a leaky faucet for me. The employee got at my house around 10:00 and checked out the faucet and said he will be back in 30 min. After 2.5 hours of him being gone he comes back with a brand new faucet and tells me this is what we will do. Change out the faucet with a new one. I told the guy sure we can change the faucet if that’s what it needs to stop the leaking. The change took him about 15 min and he ended up using some of the old parts on the new faucet. PLEASE READ This place is a complete scam!!!! They charge you whatever they want and WILL NOT give you any receipts for it. Somehow they determined my “30 min job” was 1200 dollars???? I was demanding an itemized bill before I pay and after not agreeing to pay them such a ridiculous amount and just to take there material back I was on the phone with the boss for an hour trying to understand the pricing. Apparently he was “in a hurry” and he lowered it to 950 and then 800 which I wish I didn’t agreed on without a ITEMIZED BIL... read more
