To begin the receptionists was difficult to understand her accent was so thick but she was kind and helpful. This doctor is rude no regard for privacy didn’t even close the door. wouldn’t listen to what my daughter had to say about her condition. Continuously interrupting dismissive and my daughter walked away disappointed and frustrated with the same itchy feeling never again will continue to find a better doctor who listens and wants to help. This clinic is in chaos
You know I don't know what's going on with Dr. Kaufman's office. You can't get anyone on the phone and once I got in touch with Dr. Michaels personally she made sure that I got my appointment and my medicine. Dr. Michael's helped me out a lot with getting my problem solved. Now to my understanding I'm finding out today not from the office but contacting her personally that she will no longer be with Dr. Kaufman's practice. What's going on?
I’ve been a patient at Dr. Kaufman’s allergy office for about seven years, receiving monthly allergy injections throughout that time. In the beginning, I noticed a real improvement in my health—I was able to breathe more easily and enjoy life a bit more. When I learned that the practice might be closing, I was genuinely concerned. This place is very unprofessional. Do not come to this clinic, I came there to get allergy shots they took the skin test and never got back to me to schedule a follow up appointment for the shots and it’s been a month.
What the hell is going on in this place new doctors but still using doctor kaufman name for prescriptions. Now I found another doctor which is PC doctor. What a ruckus secretaries not competent only Katie is good. I think this rent a doctor. Everyone has private business for changes I never saw this before.
