Good Service I have purchased 2 sets of tires from this location and I received OUTSTANDING customer service and competitive prices each time. The staff is very knowledgeable. I never had a bad experience on any of my visits; I have worked with different employees on each visit they were all friendly and knowledgeable. Plus complimentary WiFi and refreshments while you wait :-)

Oak Road problem First bad experience: I went in to test my car battery, which was a few years old, but no evidence of any problems. They came back from testing and said, "It's shot." I agreed to buy a new one, and sat down to wait. I'm waiting and waiting. Finally after about an hour and a half, they come tell me the guy is on his way over with one. Poor Workmanship I purchased 4 tires from Kauffman Tire on Oak Road in Lawrenceville. As I was driving home that evening I noticed a clunking sound from the driver??s side wheel. The weight had fallen off. Well you would think it would be simple to take the car back and rebalance the wheel. I took the car back on a Saturday they told me they were too busy and if I wanted to leave my car over the weekend they could get to it on Monday. Kauffman Tires I took my car due to a nail on the tire and not only did they repair it for free, but they also rotate tires at no charge and they did not push me into buying anything. I'm very impressed by this company. I would definetely recommend this to anyone who has problems with their tires.
auto repair/tires I had a leak in one of my tires they had patch it up and 2 days later I was back it turns out that I needed a new tire since they patch it instead of changing it they gave me a new tire
