Kevin the assistant manager at this location is sloppy, impersonal and rude. Never greeted when entering the store. Waited in line by myself for 5 minutes before Kevin lifted his head up from whatever he was doing to tell me he would be with me shortly?? Really, then huff and puff when I did not know my tire size off hand. Sorry you had to walk outside to check. Notified him that the other PTC store had them. He said I should go there. What?? Bye Bye Crosstown location.
I got my tires in Ohio, the people were extremely nice and helpful; I got new tires and when I got home ,I came here to get a spare, and I was surprised to see the EXACT level of customer service as I got in Ohio. Ill be bringing back my wifes car because of the promotion.
