Got a set of rear brakes with warranry and within 3 months brakes went bad. I took it bad gentleman up front told me my caliphers were bad without even looking at them. wanted over $700 to fix and they wouldnt put new brakes on without fixing the caliphers first I went elsewhere. mechanic did inspection said my caliphers were fine charged me half what they did for brakes and I have had no trouble in over 9 months. Dont trust them
Forget to do a part of the job then over the phone started to give me excuses like I was stupid. The job took way longer than promised though I reminded them that I had to go to work. With at least 5 major tire places plus all the other places like BJs and Walmart within a 5 minute drive that price match, you would think that they would try for better customer service, but no.
Wife went into the Conyers location today to get tires rotated . One of the tires goes flat later and you are refusing to cover it . I’m am severely angry she was stuck in the rain with a flat tire and my children . This is the worst company and I will be reporting it to everyone

I just wanted to say Rodney and the crew at Kauffman were awesome today! After being turned away by 2 other tire shops because my rear tires were at the wear band, Rodney took care of my car and got my wheels swapped without trying to pressure me into new tires. So with that, when I purchase my new tires this week, I will be going straight back to those guys to get them mounted! Thanks for showing my car so much love and taking your time with her! I appreciate it! You guys rock!
