So disappointed in the service at this Suwannee location. It was much better when it was Kauffman. I was promised a Falcon touchdown discount which I never got and I now have 4 new tires with missing caps on the valve stems!
By keeping their word would be a big help.
They need more office help. One person out front isn’t enough. Customers coming in. Phones ringing, mechanics asking questions, it was chaos. I made an appointment the day before and when I arrived, no tire in stock, had to leave and come back.
My dear friend made appt for 12:30 yesterday. I dropped her car off and returned her to her car @3 pm. The car still didn't have tires changed. at #;30 she inquired and it was just taken in. 20 min later the come out to tell her they need to go get 2 more tires at another location. She didn't leave till 6 pm. They also had told her over the phone that warrNTY WAS INCLUDED. AT CHECKOUT IT COST ADDITIONAL. Unprofessional employees. Doesn’t matter if you have an appointment, your car is still going to sit there for at least 30 minutes before they take it back.
Amazing customer service, fast, and alot of tires available in-stock!
